A Mal/ZAccess virus/spyware has been detected into his Windows 7 PC. He already put it in quarantine and deleted it. But it always comes back.
Steps to removed it.
- Update the sophos antivirus software that he is using because his system is not running the latest version.
- Quarantine and delete the infected files.
- If problem persists, submit all the information to sophos website.
Mal/ZAccess is also known as Trojan-Downloader Agent. Affected operating system is Windows PC only.
